3-2 classes are going to commence from tomorrow...
Three things about our present system
1)students cannot decide subjects of a semester
2)students cannot decide timetable of classes
3)students cannot choose their liking professors.
such a system is called Fixed Credit System (FCS)
But the trend is changing. Flexibility gave freedom to the students with which
1)student can select his/her desired subjects for a semester
2)student can frame his/her desired time table
3)student can choose his/her liking professor for a subject.
such a system is called Fully Flexible Credit System (FFCS)
Presently our university is following FCS. Advanced universities like VIT are following FFCS. There are many advantages in FFCS than FCS.
Lets hope that we switch over to FFCS soon...
